It is very important  that communities, resources, youth at risk programs step up to offer whatever  assistance  possible  to  help  these youth  that are  literally  "out  of  control"  and  don't  seem  to  think  their  behavior will  warrant  consequences tat  may  not  be  liked.  Youth  violence, gun  violence,  bullying  and  other  crimes  need  to  be  combatted, so  that  we  dont  have  to  bury  our  children  or  adults.
